I ate a bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce. The next day I started feeling some stomach cramping but I didn’t think much of it. In the middle of the day I started experiencing a painful headache and nausea.That night I felt horrible and I could barely walk with how bad the cramps were.
