On 1/3/2017 my teenage daughter got sick from eating at this Chipotle location. Both she and I ate a Chicken bowl with rice, black beans and lettuce. She got 2 additional ingredients - corn and guacamole. This was her first time eating at a Chipotle's restaurant – when she was eating her food, she said it tastes a bit sour – so she stopped eating it. That night she vomited up her Chipotle meal and was sick the whole next day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
