Chicken Burrito Bowl Reaction - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Austin Texas

I was starving so I ordered a Chicken Burrito bowl online. I picked it up within 30 minutes of placing the online order. It had pinto beans, corn salsa, lettuce and guacamole. I ate it pretty fast and then went back to my desk. Within 30 minutes of eating I had a violent urge to run to the bathroom and had diarrhea. I felt hot and sweaty. Then about an hour and 1/2 later, I felt waves of nausea hitting me. I got up, walked to the breakroom and got a cold bottle of water. Took a few sips and sat back down at my desk. The nausea was coming in waves, so I stood up to go back to the bathroom and before I could take a step, I dropped to my knees, grabbed the trash can and threw up. The strangest thing about it was it was watery and only had lettuce. What happened to the chicken, beans and corn salsa? had I already passed it? Weird. I sipped gingerale and ate GF pretzels. This morning I had toast and a soda. I have a horrible headache and continue and have been belching a horrible aftertaste, still. I don't normally buy into hysteria and Chipotle is one of my husband and my favorite take-out places, especially since he suffers from Celiac.
