I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, corn, pica, lettuce and guacamole with a tortilla on the side. I ate it on Monday night, December 3, 2018 around 8:00 p.m. The next day (December 4, 2018) around 12:00 p.m. my stomach began to ache in waves and I had diarrhea that was completely water. Around 6:00 p.m. that night I was having severe stomach cramps every 10 minutes or so with naseua and very intense chills. As the pain got worse I vomited twice and felt much better after but the stomach pain would come back 10 or so minutes. The pain was so severe that I couldn’t get out of bed or stand up/sit up straight. I was stuck at a 45 degree angle and could barely walk. This morning (December 5, 2018) I am still not able to eat anything besides small crackers and suck on ice cubes. The stomach pain still comes in waves but not quite as severe and the chills and vomiting have stopped for now. I eat chipotle very frequently and always order the same thing. This is the first time I’ve gotten sick from it as well but if never had anything like this. It was miserable. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain, Cramps
