i ate a chicken bowl ( white rice, black beans chicken, mild salsa, corn and cheese.) on saturday 4/2/16. i was feeling achey and sick for the past 2 days and then i end up vomiting at least 4 times last night with diarrhea and headaches | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
