I ate a steak salad with my coworker at 2pm Wednesday. She had a chicken quesadilla and guacamole, my salad had brown rice, steak, corn Salas's, hot salsa, dressing and guacamole. She is not sick. I am still very ill. I felt sick 3 hours later and it has only progressed. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
