Chicken Burrito Causes Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Chicago Illinois

Had a chicken burrito with black beans, white rice, lettuce, pico, guac, sour cream, and red salsa around 5:30 last night. By 8 I could feel my stomach turning, and by 10:30 I was having my first bouts of diarrhea. This continued throughout the night, and into the morning. I’ve now been able to eat small amounts of the BRAT diet, and have been able to drink water without immediate diarrhea. Stools remain somewhat frequent and soft. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
