On July 26th, 2017 at at approximately 1:45 PM This writer ate three chicken tacos with guacamole, Sour cream, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and brown rice. Around 6:45 PM this writer suffered from severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and felt very dehydrated. Due to the severe abdominal pain multiple trips are made to the restroom from the severe diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
