Ordered a burrito, double-wrapped, with steak, veggies, black beans, mild and medium salsas, corn, shredded cheese, and sour cream. I started getting very tired at about 1:30 or so and slept till almost 7 PM. That’s when I got violently thrown with a case of diarrhea. After this I had a very violent bout of vomiting around 9:30pm, and could not sleep all night due to a frequent need to use the bathroom. When I awoke there was nothing in my system and still my body was attempting to vomit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
