On 1/23/23 I got a chicken bowl with white rice, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream. I woke up very sick, nauseous and feeling dehydrated. I left school and had to call off work. I'm a pretty healthy individual. I could tell the chicken wasnt fully cooked and stopped eating it. I have not called the store about this yet. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Dehydration
