Chipotle Bowl Illness Report - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Maplewood Minnesota

Picked up my meal about 4:15pm and began eating my bowl about 15 minutes later, which included: white rice, black beans, chicken, corn salsa, tomato salsa and medium salsa, only eating about half of my bowl with chips. During the next two hours I experienced dizziness, bloating, nausea and stomach pains. It was within 2-2.5 hours that I began vomiting all of it back up, lasting a few hours with intermittent diarrhea. I was unable to keep water down during this time and developed a stiff neck and body temperature fluctuations. I was always telling myself chipotle's food borne illnesses would never get me however I am still nauseous at 3am and barely able to keep a sip of water down, I won't be trusting chipotle again. I simply wanted to report this so no one else gets sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Bloating, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
