Ate a salad with chicken, black beans, brown rice, mild salsa and cheese as well as chips and guacamole at around 8pm April 10th. Didn't feel well within the next couple of hours, went to bed and woke up at around midnight with what I thought was heartburn and then the vomiting started and lasted all through the night until 7:30 the next morning with bouts of diarrhea in between. Then fever, body ache and general pain lasted until Tuesday evening at about 6pm. On Wednesday I am still weak and having stomach muscle spasms but no more fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Muscle Spasms, Weakness, Body Ache, Heartburn
