Had a bowl half chicken half steak. Rice, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, corn, peppers and onions. Driving home started with stomach pains that were awful. Shortly after nausea and diarrhea. It's been a week and I'm still not better ;( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
