- comments: no one on site with city of chicago sanitation certificate

2. City of chicago food service sanitation certificate
- comments: no one on site with city of chicago sanitation certificate while holding, preping, storing and cooking tcs food items such as deli meat, cooked ground beef, and italian beef. Instructed manager to obtain and maintain city of chicago sanitation certificates at all times. Priority foundation 7-38-012 citation issued

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: hot water not at proper temperature at handsink in prep area. Water temp is 77. 3 degrees instructed manager to provide hot water at handsink in sandwich prep area at all times. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: the following in need of cleaning to remove all food spills and build up. Clean the slushy machines, counter area, interior of reach in coolers, and sandwich table. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: floors throughout in need of detail cleaning to remove all food spills and build up. Instructed to clean and maintain.
