Sour Beef Concerns Raised - Citi Field, New York

2 years ago reported by user-rwtzw622 business

Citi Field, Seaver Way, Queens, NY, USA

41 Seaver Way, 11368 New York, United States

I’m a Citifield cook. April 28,2023 I came across Pat Lafrieda-fresh chopped beef that was that was very sour, smelling ground beef. I brought it to the attention of my supervisor of the kitchen. And they told me to just throw it away and grab another batch of ground beef on refrigerator. I threw away the sour ground beef in the garbage cans, so that none of our patrons would get sick by food poisoning I Citi Field. But I still think FTA should look into this meat, company the process to see how they processing the chopped ground beef that we used at a company.
