- comments: observed a slight debris accumulation encrusted on the interior non food contact surface of the ice machine. Must remove debris, detail clean inside ice machine and maintain at all times.

- comments: observed packaged pastries stored in the cooler without a label. Management instructed to label all prepackaged foods with name and address of premises, net contents, and ingredients. Management instructed to label all prepackaged foods properly.

- comments: previous core violations not corrected from inspection report#2355806 dated:12/23/2019 51- 5-204. 12: **c** backflow prevention device, location (no backflow device) backflow prevention devices not located at ice machine, hot water dispenser, and espresso coffee unit. Must install so backflow prevention devices may be located to be serviced and maintained. Mar 23, 2020 55- 6-201. 17: **c** walls and ceilings, attachments found water stained ceiling tile in washroom. Instructed to replace. Mar 23, 2020 instructed to correct noted violations and maintain by 2/5/2021. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090, no citation issued.
