- comments: observed approx 40-50 mouse droppings in rear storage area under shelf, and 10-12 on storage shelf with product. Instructed to clean, sanitize and contact pest control for service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: all wiping cloths must be in a clean sanitizing solution when not in use. Instructed to correct and maintain

- comments: all storage shelves in need of detail cleaning to remove all dust and debris. Rear storage cabinet in need of detail cleaning to remove all debris. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.

- comments: handwash sink in outside bathroom in poor repair. Observered waste pipe at sink in poor repair. Water can not drain due to pipe in poor repair. Water is falling to the floor. Instructed manager to correct drainpipe and use the other bathroom on site. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: observered outside waste recepticle open and overflowing with trash. Instructed manager to contact garbage company for pick up and or increase pick up service. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b) citation issued

- comments: floors throughout rear and side storage areas in need of clenaing to remove all debris. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: no food handler certificates on site. Instructed manager to obtain for all food handlers and maintain.
