Ate there on Saturday, Nov. 2 at approximately 1:30pm with my 2 adult daughters and 6yo granddaughter. The 3 adults all ordered the small sweet pork salad with black beans and rice. 2 of the salads had the offered traditional toppings with the ranch style dressing. The third salad had no pico de gallo, but had onions, jalapeños, cilantro and the cilantro lime vinaigrette dressing. My granddaughter, luckily, ordered a cheese quesadilla with refried beans and rice (she did not get sick). Within about an hour of each other, my daughters and I all became violently ill on Sunday, November 3 around 7pm. We all reported our illness to Central District Health in Idaho. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
