Must provide and maintain #39 missing splasguard in between handwashing sinks and prep tables in front coffee serving station area. Must install and maintain. #41 observed wiping cloths stored on top of food prep tables and on top of meat slicer. Must properly store wiping cloths in sanitizing solution when not in use. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090.
