I bought food for myself and my brother there on Tuesday April 27th, at around 1:45pm. I had a protein shake and sweet potato fries, while my brother had a cheddar cheese quesadilla with chicken. I brought the food home to eat around 2:30 and my brother could only eat half of his food because he did not really like how his tasted and did not like the cheddar cheese combo. (I was in a rush when I ordered our food so I mistakenly chose Cheddar cheese- not the best choice for a classic quesadilla.) I didn’t have any symptoms for the rest of the day, except somewhat mild stomach issues- a gassy stomach, cramping). At around 7:00 we were going to have dinner, but my brother started feeling ill (the last thing the both of us ate was crave). He was having awful stomach cramps and had the urge to throw up. He stayed in the bathroom from 7:10- the next morning (today). All night he was either vomiting multiple colors, sometimes red, green, or orange and had diarrhea. He also had a fever for most of the night, and I just checked right now (9:35am - April 28th) and he STILL has a fever :( We really believe crave is at fault here. Maybe the chicken was undercooked, not cleaned properly, or went bad... maybe the knife they used wasn’t cleaned... I don’t know!! There is no way we can return to this restaurant after this experience. I think they should seriously go over their cleaning protocol and re-evaluate the staff and the procedure in the kitchen.
