Observed approximately 20 flying insects in the dry storage area next to the mop sink and hand washing sink. Did not Observed any flies landing on food or food contact areas. **Warning**
- High Priority - Pesticide use not in accordance with manufacturer's directions. Observed owner spray insect pesticide next to clean equipment and baking pans in the back kitchen area. Owner cleaned and sanitized all equipment in the area and removed all pans to be sanitized. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning**
- High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Pooled eggs stored on top of a container of sour cream in the walk-in cooler. Owner removed the eggs. **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint**
- High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed approximately 20 rodent droppings on the floor in the dry storage area. Observed approximately 80 rodent droppings on the floor in the kitchen under preparation tables and equipment. Observed approximately 20 rodent droppings on the floor under equipment in the dishwasher room. **Warning**
