- comments: observed approximately 50 small rodent droppings scattered on floor in kitchen area near stove, inside cabinets where pots and pans are stored, behind refrigerator and under table. Noted droppings in the maintenance closet connected to kitchen space. Instructed to remove droppings, clean and sanize all said areas. Must eliminate pest activity on premise. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-020 (a). No citation issued.
