- comments: some upper areas inside the ice machine were noted dirty. Must clean and maintain.

- comments: all prep wiping cloths must be held in a container with a sanitizing solution between use.

- comments: must not use plastic solo cups as food ladles. Food scoops stored inside foods must have a handle that is inverted from the foods.

- comments: noted peeling plastic used as metal protection on the exterior of the basement dishwashing machine. Instructed to remove to be smooth and cleanable. ----noted the top of the same machine with dirt and debris. Must clean and maintain.
