- comments: observed buckets of produce and sauces stored on the floor in the basement dry storage area of crosby's. Instructed to elevate all items at least 6 inches off the ground.

43. In-use utensils: properly stored
- comments: observed scoops in dry storage bins in basement with handles in contact with items in bins. Instructed manager to store all scoops to with handles not in contact with food items.
