- comments: 2-102. 13 observed the certified food manager with an expired allergen training certificate. Management instructed that all certified food managers must have a valid allergen training certificate.

- comments: 8-404. 13(b)(3) previous priority foundation violation from report #2580264 on 8/17/23 not corrected: 60 - previous core violations from report #2563995 on 9/20/22 not corrected: 49 - detail clean the cooking equipment throughout including the deep fryer, stove, grill, pizza ovens encrusted with grease and food debris. Clean all prep coolers, storage shelves, and hot holding unit. 55 - clean the walls of the food prep area especially behind the cooking equipment. Priority violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
