High Priority - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food not consumed/sold within 7 days after opening/preparation. See stop sale. In walk-in cooler: Mozzarella cheese with a date mark of 10/21, should have been discarded yesterday.

High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Three rodent droppings on floor under unused reach-in cooler outside of unused walk-in cooler in dry storage room. **Warning**
