Had a small turkey (turkey was heated on grill) sub on whole wheat bread, Swiss cheese, Mayo, spicy mustard, sweet peppers, hot peppers, olives, tomato and an oatmeal raisin cookie at about 6:30 on April 20, 3017. Went to Target to do some shopping and started feeling dizzy, hot and nauseous. Rushed home and immediately had diarrhea followed by vomiting. Have vomited 4 times and had diarrhea 6+ times in the last 2.5 hours. Have chills as well | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Chills
