- comments: observed no clean-up policy procedure and items for vomiting and diarrhea. Must provide and maintain. Priority foundation 7-38-005.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed 1/4 inch gap at rear door sweep. Must rodent proof said door.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: 3-door reach in prep cooler gaskets ripped. Must repair/replace said damaged door rubber gaskets.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: outside dumpsters overflowed with garbage, unable to close dumpster lids. Instructed manager outside dumpsters must not overflow, dumpster lids must be able to close and tight fitted to prevent potential pest harborage. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b).
58. Allergen training as required
- comments: no food allergen training certificates on premises. Instructed all city of chicago certified food managers must have food allergen training certificates on premises.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: the following previous core violations from report #2312530 dated on 09/18/19 not corrected-#36 must provide thermometers for prep coolers, #49 must clean debris from grill tables, prep tables, prep coolers, floor mixer, all storage shelves, rolling cart, walk in cooler-fan guard and shelving units & compressor unit,#53 must provide a garbage can with lid in womens toilet room. Instructed manager all said previous core violations must be corrected by date of reinspection. Priority foundation 7-42-090.
