- comments: observed no hand washing sign at rear hand washing sink. Instructed manager to provide hand washing signs at all hand washing sinks used by employees.

- comments: observed over 30 flying insects in prep, storage, dish washing and office areas. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all affected areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: observed meat cutter stored in rear washroom. Instructed manager to remove. Food equipment and utensils shall not be stored in toilet rooms.

- comments: observed ice buildup in walk-in freezer. Instructed manager to remove and maintain.

- comments: observed front hand washing sink slow draining and dranipipe leaking under washbowl in employee washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed food debris and spills on floor in meat prep and walk-in cooler areas. Instructed manager to clean floors under all eqipment, along walls and in all corners in prep and storage areas.
