- comments: observed 3-compartment sink not large enough for equipment on site to be fully submerged(large pots, sheet pans, storage containers). Instructed person in charge to provide larger sink or provide equipment that can be properly submerged. Priority foundation 7-38-025 citation issued
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed damaged floor tiles in docks prep area near fryers. Instructed manager to replace and maintain.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed only one valid food handler training avialable. Instructed manager to provide food handler training for all employees.
