- comments: 4-402. 12 observed storage bins and merchandise throughout the rear storage area not elevated. Instructed to elevate all said items in the said area and maintain.

- comments: 4-101. 17 observed raw wood being used on the floor at the rear storage area. Instructed to seal or paint the raw wood with food grade paint, so the surface can be smooth and easily cleanable.

59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: observed continued non-compliance of previous priority foundation violation from report# 2573528 dated on 03/30/2023 not corrected: #54 - observed garbage area not maintained. Lids to receptacles not tight-fitting and the inside and outside of the outdoor garbage enclosure with a plethora of broken cardboard boxes and 10-18 carts filled with broken down cardboard boxes. Informed the person in charge that lids to receptacles shall be closed and recyclables shall be stored in receptacles or waste handling units so that they are inaccessible to insects and rodents. Instructed to remove all recyclables and properly store them in appropriate receptacles to avoid harborage for pest and insects and maintain. Priority 7-42-090, citation issued.
