- comments: at this time still finding evidence of rodent activity on premises; 100 or more droppings observed. Instructed to clean areas where rodent droppings observed (floor and prep tables). Priority violation 7-38-020(a).

- comments: must clean and maintain the following: interior and exterior surfaces of refrigeration and freezer units, shelves inside of walk-in cooler, bottoms of prep tables, exterior surfaces of wok station, bottom of fryer etc to remove grease and other build up.

- comments: must clean and maintain walls around and behind equipment in kitchen area to remove dirt and grease. Must clean and maintain floors under around and behind all kitchen equipment to remove droppings, grease, food particles and dirt. Must clean all ceiling vents where needed.
