Had a steak bowl, yellow rice, queso, grilled veggies, corn, tomatoes, cheese, pickled onions, smoke sauce and sour cream. Couple hours later my stomach hurt and half an hour later I was puking until I was empty, dry heaving until I passed out and had some one wake me up calling 911. Ended up in the emergency room for 12 hours. Had diarrhea at the hospital countless times and was dry heaving until about 2 hours before leaving the hospital. My whole body went numb because my lower back was so tense. Terrifying experience and truly horrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
