Food at resort. Not correct temp and poor food handling My mother and I got sick on Tuesday night when we had arrived at the resort restaurant. We tried all the resort restaurants and felt worse. I had noticed that the raw buffet seafood served on the beach was in direct sunlight and had ice but the ice was not touching the surface of the food. The food on the first night came out room temperature. I watched open a cold display and rotate a sandwich and garnish around a plate with mo gloves on while the cold case door remained open. The cold case was left open before an extensive amount of time while the server was handling the food with no gloves on. I had bacon and eggs and the bacon was undercooked. I ordered a hot dog and it was cold in the middle | Symptoms: Diarrhea
