- comments: handwashing sinks at bar and prep area are not accessible for hand washing due to both mentioned sinks being clogged. Also, water was turned off at the water valves under both sinks. Instructed to repair issues. Instructed to use other alternative handwashing sink installed by prep and bar area. Priority foundation violation:7-38-030(c),citation issued

- comments: a receptacle cover is needed in the women's washroom.
