- comments: observed hand washing sink in main prep area not operable with a out of service sign must repair and maintain. Instructed to use additional sinks on site for hand washing.

- comments: observed improper sanitizing at 0. 0 ppm's at 3- compartment sink by female food handler washing utensils with soap in a bucket and rinsing under running water without sanitizing utensils.
