- comments: observed no hot running water throughout the premises. Handwashing sink water temperature measured at 59. 3 f and 3-compartment sink water temperature measured at 60. 1 f. Instructed to provide hot water above 110f at the 3 compartment sink and minimum of 100f at all hand washing sinks. Priority 7-38-030(c), citation issued.

- comments: backflow prevention devices not located at ice machine,coffee brewing equipments. Must install so backflow prevention devices may be located to be serviced and maintained.
