- comments: noted walk-in cooler with ambient air 54 f and 6 compartment cold hold unit at 52 f. Refrigeration company came during inspection to repair both refrigerators ambient air 40. 2. Priority violation #7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed an excessive ice buildup on the floor/shelves/ceiling of the walk in freezer. Must remove excess ice, detail clean, and maintain.

- comments: noted leak at middle sink of 3 compartment sink in dishroom. Toilet tank lid in guest restroom broken instructed to repair and maintain.

- comments: noted stained ceiling tiles in lobby and in rear prep area. Instructed to clean/repair and replace.

- comments: noted continued non-compliance of violation #53 (noted washrooms on-premise with garbage receptacles and no lids. Instructed to provide trash cans with lids at all women washrooms and unisex washrooms. ) from inspection#2524103 conducted on 8/17/2021. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
