- comments: observed no valid sanitation certificate on site as well as certified manager at time of inspection. Instructed person in charge that the certified manager as well as the certificate must be on site at all times, tcs foods are prepared or served. Priority foundation #7-38-012. Citation issued

- comments: observed no label on bulk container(sugar). Instructed person in charge to label container with common name and maintain.

- comments: observed no barrier between food prep operation and hall leading to restrooms open to public use. (door removed). Instructed to install a barrier (door) to protect food from contamination. Priority violation #7-38-005.

- comments: observed loose rubber insulation inside of ice machine. Instructed person in charge to repair.
