- comments: observed sewage backup inside 3-compartment sink coming up from the two other 2-compartment sinks when water is being drained. Must repair issue. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: 6-501. 12-must clean black particles inside of mop sink in rear.
