- comments: no hot running water at the handsink. The hot running water at the exposed handsink in the front prep area is not reaching a minimum temperature of 100f as required. Temperature between 50f and 55f. Must correct and maintain. Priority violation 7-38-030(c), citation issued.

- comments: instructed that all food handlers must wear proper hair restraints while handling food.

- comments: the ice machine cover to the top of the ice machine is off of the unit; instructed to replace cover.

- comments: instructed to clean all equipment in prep area, donut case and refrigeration units where needed.

- comments: observed a leak at the valve connected to the faucet at the utility sink; instructed to repair.
