- comments: observed items stored on the floor in rear food storage area. Must store items off floor and maintain.

- comments: observed excessive amount of ice build up inside ice cream chest freezer located in the front prep area. Must remove excess ice build up detail clean and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: additional water pressure needed in the front exposed hand washing sink in rear food prep area next to coffee machine. Must repair and maintain.

- comments: observed dirt and debris on floor between refrigeration units in front prep areas. Must clean and maintain.

Observed drink and milk cooler located at front service area for customers to reach in and use to be without a thermometer or temperature measuring device. Instructed manager to provide temperature measuring device in accesible location in display cooler to monitor interior ambient temperatur #53. Observed both unisex restrooms to have no covered trash receptacle at time of inspection. Instructed manager to provide a covered trash receptacle in each unisex bathroom. #56. Observed employee personal items (bags and clothes) stored on boxes containing food items and equipment in the rear dry storage area and shelves. Instructed manager to desinate area away from food items and equipment and to store all employee personal items in designated area priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
