- comments: observed no hot water 65. 8f at hand washing sink in employee washroom. Instructed manager to provide at least 100f water at hand washing sink in washroom. Priority 7-38-030(c) citation issued.

22. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: observed cold tcs food whipped cream(55. 5f) and cappucino mix (55. 4f) stored at improper temperature in prep cooler. Instructed manager to discard approximately 40 lbs and $60 of product. All cold tcs food must maintain 41f or below during storage, preparation, display and service. Priority 7-38-005 citation issued

33. Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
- comments: observed prep cooler not maintaining proper temperature 57. 9f. Instructed manager to repair and maintain cooler at 41f or below. Prep cooler is tagged held for inspection and must not be used until reinspected by chicago department of health. Priority 7-38-005 citation issued

- comments: observed ice cream stored on floor in walk-in freezer. Instructed manager to elevate all food items six inches off floor.

- comments: observed outside garbage area not maintained, dumpsters overflowing with trash and lids not tight-fitting. Instructed manager to clean and maintain outside garbage area. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b) citation issued

- comments: observed food debris and spills under all equipment, along walls and in all corners in prep, storage, and dish washing areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed expired food handler training on site. Instructed manager to provide valid food handler training for all employees.
