- comments: observed no hot water (53. 6f) at hand washing sink in pre-k washroom 136. Instructed manager to provide at least 100f water at hand washing sink. Priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed over 40 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls behind shelving unit, file cabinet, bulk containers and refrigerator in teacher lounge in main building, over 20 mice dropping scattered on floor along wall under electrical panel in corner between shelving unit and hot holding unit, on box of single service lids in dry storage area, 10 mice droppings scattered inside bottom compartment of refrigerator in teacher lounge in modualr building. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed 1/4' gap on left side of right door near kitchen entrance. 1/4' gap on left corner of left door near auditorium in main building. Instructed manager to seal all oute openings on doors to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed leaking faucets on 3-compartment sink in kitchen. Observed no hot water at left sink in girl's modular washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed no waste receptacle at hand washing sink in serving area. Instructed manager to provide waste receptacle in all areas waste is commonly discarded.
