- comments: observed cooked rice stored in the walk-in cooler past the 7-day maximum use-by date. The rice was prepared on 5/28/24. Management instructed that to use or discard all date-marked tcs foods within 7 days, using the prep date as day 1. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed the pest control log book not maintained. Premises has only 1 pest inspection report from the past year in the pest control log book. Management instructed to have a minimum of 2 pest inspection reports from the past year. Must provides an additional pest control inspection report and maintains it in the log book. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed an excessive amount of garbage and litter stored on the ground surrounding the outside garbage dumpster. Management instructed to clean and maintain the area around the outside garbage dumpster. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.
