- comments: observed no written procedure and kit for responding to vomit and diarrhea on site. Instructed to maintain procedure and kit for responding to vomit and diarrhea with all necessary supplies including a sanitizer effective against norovirus. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005,citation issued.
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed hand washing sinks throughout kitchen preparation area not accessible blocked with blenders,storing sanitizing buckets inside the hand sink and trash cans were blocking handsinks. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c),citation issued.
25. Consumer advisory provided for raw/undercooked food
- comments: found no consumer advisory disclosure and reminder statement on the menu. Instructed to disclose which foods can be ordered 'raw' or under cooked and link those foods with an asterisk (*) to a reminder statement that states that eating raw or under cooked foods can increase your risk of food borne illness. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005.

- comments: observed bulk food containers in kitchen preparation area with no labels. Instructed to label all bulk food containers with common name when not in original packaging.
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed soiled wiping cloths stored on cutting boards. Instructed manager to store in sanitizing solution between uses.
43. In-use utensils: properly stored
- comments: observed ice scoop laying on top of soda macchine. Instructed manager to store ice scoop in a clean and sanitized container to prevent potential contamination

- comments: observed torn/damaged rubber gasket on bottom of 4 door cooler prep cooler underneath grill. Instructed to repair or replace gasket.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed dirty floors with food debri spills throughout kitchen preparation area and in utility and storage areas. Instructed manager to detail clean and maintain.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed two blown out light bulbs underneath the hooded vent above the grill in the kitchen preparation area. Instructed to replace bulbs and maintain.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations from 02/05/2021 inspection, report #2484556 not corrected: #10-observed no hand washing signage at any of the exposed handsinks or washbowl sinks. Instructed to provide hand washing signage at all hand washing sinks. #36-obsereved no thermometer inside prep coolers located on main cook line. Instructed to provide. #39-observed dump sink in between ice chest and three compartment sink in bar area. Instructed to provide splash guards on both sides of dump sink to prevent contamination of ice chest. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090,citation issued.
