Additional information: My husband I had serve food poisoning from when we ate Friday night. We have severe vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, stomach cramping. We went to the ER, my husband is currently inpatient with cover s for an obstruction. We both had the chips, salsa, white dip, cheese dip. I have the shrimp and scallops fajita and he had chicken enchiladas, we both had beans and rice. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
