This was back in April at some point... I didn't think of reporting it but now, as a health inspector I feel like I should to help prevent this from happening again. I ate steak, beans and rice, and I also ordered the queso/chorizo dip and chips. I ordered this on a Friday night for pick up and became ill within give or take 24 hours, the next night around 6 pm (Saturday). I became dizzy, extremely nauseated, had chills, and then threw up by about 8 pm. For the next several days, (6 days total) I had diarhhea, nausea, and vomiting** (mostly). I could not keep anything down and looking back, I should have visited a Dr. to test for a foodborne illness. I have a strong feeling that what I had was salmonella. Please, be careful and report any suspected illnesses to the health department. If I were immun-compromised its likely I could have been hospitalized for a long time, or worse. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Chills
