- comments: observed gap in between front doors and along base of both front entrance outer doors. Instructed to seal all outer openings to prevent pest entrance.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed brown paper bags used as shelf liner on three tier gray cart in front prep area. Instructed to remove paper bags as shelf liner nonfood contact surfaces shall be smooth for ease of cleanability.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed no backflow prevention device on utility sink. Instructed to install backflow prevention device on utility sink so that it can be easily located and serviced.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed gas flat top grill not completely underneath exhaust hood. Instructed to relocate gas flat top grill so that it shall be completely underneath exhaust hood.
