- comments: observed sticky fly traps with dead flies throughout the rear storage area. Instructed the person in charge to remove and allow licensed pest control to maintain all devices.

- comments: observed soiled cardboard used in the meat department on shleving. Instructed the person in charge to remove and maintain the surface smooth and easily cleanable.

- comments: observed cracked and damaged holes in plaster in the ceiling and walls throughout the rear storage area. Instructed person in charge to repair and maintain.
